Monthly Expenditure
The routine operation and maintenance of the gaushala require an expenditure of approximately ₹6 lakh per month. These funds support the daily care, feeding, and maintenance of the cows.

As a registered gaushala, electricity charges are waived under the applicable Punjab Government policy. This allows more funds to be used directly for the welfare of the cows.
The gaushala also receives valuable support through donations. Around 80% to 90% of the wheat straw (Tudi) is generously supplied free of cost by Dera Baba Ram Dass.
